JOB DETAIL
■General
Company will establish "Representative Office" in Thai branch.
Member will be 1 Japanese, 1 Thai
■Detail
General Administration
・Telephone and visitor reception (Thai, English, Japanese)
・Preparation of quotations, invoices, and contract management
・Data entry for sales and inventory, customer information management
General Affairs / Office Support
・Management of office supplies, office organization, handling of mail and parcels
・Schedule coordination and business trip arrangements for Japanese expats
・Translation and interpretation support
・Office cleaning and environment management (including coordination with cleaning staff)
Accounting Support
・Petty cash management, expense reimbursement, and payment processing
・Communication with accountants and tax advisors (document preparation, monthly and annual reports)
Local Liaison
・Document handling with banks and government offices, bank account management
・Support for visa renewal and work permit procedures
・Coordination with local vendors and suppliers (accompanying business meetings and interpreting as needed)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
■Must Have
・3+ years experience at BackOffice field
・Japanese Intermediate level(N3 or above)
・English Intermediate level
・Ever work at Japanese Company
■Better to have
・Japanese Upper Intermediate level
・Basic understanding/Experience about Accounting
・Ever work at Representative Office
・Ever lead or manage whole BackOffice department
