JOB DETAIL

To control, oversee, and propose sales of all types of company products, including white sugar, refined white sugar, raw sugar, molasses, and high-taste molasses, to domestic and international customers. Provide detailed product information, coordinate sales and logistics to ensure products reach customers on time, and control and inspect the preparation of sales and transportation documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Sales Task:
- Control, oversee, and propose sales of all types of company products, including white sugar, refined white sugar, raw sugar, molasses, and high-taste molasses.
- Serve both domestic and international customers.
- Provide detailed product information.
- Coordinate sales and logistics to ensure timely delivery.


Export Control and Delivery Management Task :
- To Ensure that the export process follows agreed-upon plans.
- To Coordinate with relevant departments to deliver products to customers on time.
- To Verify readiness for export and prepare necessary documentation.
- To Monitor and update export activities and stock levels.

Document task :
- Monthly Sales Verification and Reporting / Manage Sales activity /Sugar Stock Reporting (Form กน. 13)
- Summarize and report sugar stock levels at Laem Chabang Port warehouse to the Production Management Center and the Office of the Cane and Sugar Board (OCSB) every 15 days. [Every 15 days /Sugar Price Reporting]
- To Prepare and summarize sugar price reports using information from the Thai Sugar Trading Corporation (TSTC).
Responsible: Market Analyst.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelors degree or Equivalent level in Business Administration ,Agro-Industry

- At least 5 years of experience in Export sales in sugar or agricultural products
- English is in Upper intermediate level [TOEIC SCORE 700]
- To Able to think & act independently, Communicate smoothly with different types of people, Strong interest in business management & operational improvements.
