Indirect & Direcrt Subordinate: 50-60
Main Responsibility:
- Oversee *painting and plastic injection (Spoiler Department) *Spoiler คือ ชิ้นส่วนที่ติดอยู่ด้านท้ายรถ (บางครั้งด้านหน้า) เพื่อช่วยควบคุมทิศทางลม ลดแรงต้าน และเพิ่มการยึดเกาะถนนตอนรถวิ่งเร็ว
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, especially in automotive painting, robot painting, or plastic injection, preferably in the automotive industry).
- Required JLPT N3 or higher.
- Able to work on 1-2 Saturdays per month. (Depends on toyota'a calendar)
