- Control the production process and have knowledge of the production control system.
- Plan and schedule production activities.
- Supervise and manage manpower and subordinates.
- Improve production processes and product quality.
- Have experience in the automotive parts industry.
- Prepare reports on production issues.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
- Knowledge of production planning
- 1–2 years of working experience of the injection & paint process
- Knowledge of production control and production command systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
