• Recruitment & Workforce Planning
• Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives to attract and secure top talent that matches each function’s needs.
• Conduct workforce analysis and provide forward-looking manpower planning to support organizational agility and future business expansion.
• Employee Engagement & Retention
• Drive employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives to strengthen organizational values.
• Analyze data from Exit Interviews and Engagement Surveys to develop effective retention strategies.
• Take a proactive role in preventing conflicts and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and candidate assessment methods.
• Intermediate level of English communication – both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
