JOB DETAIL
Looking for a motivated candidate with a strong HR background, particularly in establishing HR regulations and policies.
This newly created role will directly support the Managing Director and play a key part in building HR systems and policies from the ground up.
-Establish and manage HR functions (employment rules, HR policies, performance evaluation, target-setting, and bonus system).
-After establish the HR rules, your tasks will be more in GA side, such as;
-Collect and check for invoices
-Stock control
-Email communications with client
-Purchasing tasks
-Assist with sales activities and coordination when required.
-Other GA tasks assigned by manager
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Proficiency in Japanese (The manager is a Japanese-speaking Chinese person)
*Intermediate - Nearly Upper-Intermediate level
- Must have experience in HR & GA, with the ability to build systems and policies from scratch.
- Willing obtain Japanese proficiency (Company will support in learning Japanese).
Looking for a strong, proactive, and reliable individual who can work independently.
