Plan, control, and monitor maintenance activities for machinery, electrical systems, utilities, and building facilities to ensure operational efficiency.

Manage and lead the maintenance technician team to perform tasks effectively and safely.

Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and verify their outcomes.

Analyze root causes of machine and system problems and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Control maintenance budgets, including purchasing spare parts, equipment, and related consumables.

Continuously improve maintenance processes for higher efficiency (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).

Coordinate with related departments to support smooth production operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, automation/control systems, and utilities.

Excellent skills in planning, team management, and problem-solving.

Possession of a professional engineering license (กว.) or completion of industrial safety training is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software such as AutoCAD.
