JOB DETAIL
The Digital Marketing - Content Creation specialist is responsible for developing, writing, translating, and enhancing engaging content across multiple channels, including Website, USPs, Campaigns, Articles, Script, Push Notifications, Email Marketing, Social Media, and other digital platforms. This role involves strategic content planning, competitor analysis, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to support marketing objectives and business growth. The ideal candidate must be capable of communicating clearly and persuasively to potential partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Development
- Create, write, translate, correct, and enhance content for various platforms, including Website, USPs, Campaigns, Articles, Script, Push Notifications, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
- Plan, create, edit, and develop strategic content for campaigns, USPs, and marketing communications to effectively convey brand messaging.
- Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the brand's tone and messaging.
- Brainstorm, analyze, develop, and solve problems to optimize content strategy and enhance business opportunities.
- Create briefs for AW/Video materials, marketing projects, and campaigns, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.
- Adapt content to different formats and audiences, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
2. Strategic Planning & Content Management
- Plan and strategize content calendars for social media, email marketing, push notifications, and website updates.
- Re-strategize and keep the content up-to-date by analyzing current trends, industry insights, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and observe content from competitors in the market to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Research and track SEM/SEO trends to enhance content visibility and engagement.
- Align content strategies with broader marketing and business goals to maximize impact and reach.
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze, track, and update the performance of all content across different channels using relevant metrics and tools.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement.
- Continuously analyze and develop projects and campaigns to enhance effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Identify trends and patterns to enhance future content strategies and execution.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate clearly and precisely to potential partners, customers, and related parties in terms of content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Motion, Social Media, Online Community, Translation, 3rd Party Partnership, and related) and external parties to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Work closely with Partnership (3rd Party Business) teams to develop effective communication strategies for co-branded or collaborative content.
- Assist superiors and provide strategic input for content-related projects and initiatives.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance campaign execution and consistency.
5. Research & Trend Analysis
- Research and monitor company channels and competitors' channels, including content strategies, advertising tactics, SEM/SEO practices, and industry trends.
- Seek new projects, campaigns, benefits, and update trends/technology to expand business opportunities.
- Analyze competitors’ 3rd party collaborations to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Adapt content strategies based on emerging trends and audience behavior changes.
6. KPI Achievement & Cost Efficiency
- Achieve and develop KPIs related to content performance, engagement rates, and brand visibility.
- Ensure cost-efficiency in content production and campaign execution.
- Regularly re-evaluate content strategies to optimize ROI and maximize impact.
- Measure and report on key metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-4 years in Content Creation, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Creativity in crafting engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset for tracking content performance and optimizing strategies.
- SEO/SEM knowledge to enhance content visibility and engagement.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align content with business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Preferred: Previous experience with content writing and creative marketing campaign is strongly preferred especially in financial industry and advertising agencies
