JOB DETAIL
- Manage Executive’s Schedule
- Coordinate internal and external appointments and meetings.
- Prepare Meeting Materials
- Organize documents, reports, and presentations in advance.
- Coordinate with Clients and Partners
- Act as a liaison between the executive, clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Travel Arrangements
- Book flights, hotels, cars, and other travel-related services.
- Document Management**
- Organize and maintain important documents and filing systems.
- Meeting Minutes & Follow-ups
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Personal Support (as agreed)
- Assist with personal matters such as government documents, medical appointments, and family-related tasks.
- Tech Savvy
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Line, Zoom, and AI assistants.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Humanities, or related fields
- Strong skills in scheduling, meeting coordination, and appointment management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer usage
- Well-presented, polite, and effective communicator in both Thai and English
- Japanese language skills are a plus
- 1–3 years of experience as a secretary or executive assistant
