JOB DETAIL
Job Purpose and Scope of the Job
Developing and managing the sales pipeline of prospective customers/project for accurate forecasting
purposes. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customer and proactive account management to achieve Sales target.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Meet annual sales target and budget.
• Develop new businesses, projects, and sales pipeline
• Responsible for sales achievement, growth, and profitability for the assigned customers, product lines, and applications
• Follow up on enquiries from customers and maintain good customer centricity and relationship
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support service to customers
• Analyze costs and sales
• Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects internally and externally
• Prepares Sales and Market's situation reports, competition updates by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Other tasks as Sales team member
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related
• Over 3 years working experience
• Experience of flexible packaging (preferable) or packaging industry and related
• Experience in handling Export Sales will be an advantage, not necessary
• Positive attitude, Independent & Self-driven, service-minded, and result-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit
• Good command to speak and written in English and good in the Microsoft.
• Have driving license
