- HR Strategy & Organizational Planning: Formulate policies, develop strategic manpower plans, and design the organizational structure to align with corporate business goals.
- HRIS & Innovation: Manage and develop HR innovations and technology to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage the entire compensation and benefits structure, including salaries and other remuneration.
- Recruitment: Oversee and develop the recruitment and selection process at all levels to acquire quality personnel who align with the corporate culture.
- Training & Development: Plan and establish training roadmaps and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.
- Employee Relations: Promote a positive corporate culture and work environment. Manage employee relations issues in compliance with labor laws.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all HR operations comply with labor laws, regulations concerning foreign employment, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Administration Management: Oversee the general administration such as Work Permit & Visa Purchasing, Maid, Driver and company facility.
- Performance Management System: Design, implement, and manage overall PMS, including goal setting, performance reviews, and utilization.
- Work closely with Senior Manager and Department heads to support organizational growth plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 –10 years of experience in HRM, HRD & GA, with a minimum of 5 years at managerial level.
- Proficient in business English communication.
- Experience in a Japanese company or Japanese language skills are an advantage.
