JOB DETAIL
- Develop key account market segments, mainly NKA (National Key Account) Channels
- Ensure overall sales targets and gross profit align with company goals, policies, and plans.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on budgeting, planning, and demand forecasting.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to introduce new products to customers.
- Partner with customers to launch sales promotions and campaigns.
- Manage and grow key accounts by solving problems, maintaining strong relationships, and driving long-term success.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in any related industries
- Ambitious, results-driven, and strategic thinker with strong logical reasoning skills
- Able to perform well under pressure and flexible to work on weekends as required
- Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
- Strong team collaboration and face-to-face communication skills
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory
