Number of Subordinate: 23 (Direct & indirect subordinate)
Report Directly to Japanese Manager

- Oversee overall quality control of production processes and finished products.
- Plan, establish, and define quality rules and standards for both products and production processes.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Analyze causes of defects or nonconformities in the production process, and develop preventive measures to avoid recurring issues in the long term.
- Collaborate with the production team to effectively resolve quality issues within the production line.
- Coordinate with the sales team to meet with customers, explain root causes of problems, and present corrective/preventive actions in cases of defects or customer complaints.
- Manage and develop the quality team by planning training programs to enhance essential knowledge, skills, and capabilities.

- ดำเนินงานด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพโดยรวมของกระบวนการผลิตและผลิตภัณฑ์
- วางแผน กำหนดกฎเกณฑ์ และมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพทั้งในส่วนของผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบและประเมินคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบ กระบวนการผลิต และผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทีกำหนด
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของของเสียหรือข้อบกพร่องทีเกิดขึ้น ในกระบวนการผลิต พร้อมวางแผนและดำเนินการป้องกันเพือหลีกเลียงปัญหาซ้ำในระยะยาว
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตในการแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพภายในสายการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ร่วมกับฝ่ายขายในการเข้าพบลูกค้า เพื่อออธิบายสาเหตุของปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไข/ป้องกัน กรณีพบของเสียหรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานด้านคุณภาพ โดยวางแผนฝึกอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้ ความสามารถ และทักษะทีจำเป็นในการทำงาน

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in quality control or quality assurance engineering in plastic manufacturing/packaging machinery industry.
- *Required JLPT N2 or above (Capable of communication with Japanese executives and related departments from the parent company).
- Lower intermediate level of English.
- Proficient in using basic mechanical measuring tools.
- Able to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings.
- Provedn knowledgeable of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and raw materials used in manufacturing.
- Skilled in monitoring, inspecting, analyzing, and collaborating to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Able to work 2 Saturdays/month (1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month) with work hours Mon. - Fri. 7.30-16.30
