Support the Procurement Manager in overseeing procurement operations, supplier management, and logistics coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services for company projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide procurement officers in daily operations.

Contribute to the development of procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Identify, evaluate, and contract with qualified local and international suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supply agreements.

Review and approve purchase orders and supplier contracts within delegated authority.

Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure efficient import/export processes.

Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations.

Prepare procurement and logistics reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and international trade regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in procurement, including international sourcing and logistics. Experience in heavy industries or construction projects is preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
