JOB DETAIL

• Provide excellent service and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially their PIC (Person in Charge)
• Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain and negotiate insurance plans with the best possible conditions
• Handle claims with clients and insurers, and follow up until resolution
• Send renewal notices and policy summaries to clients in a timely manner and ensure follow-up until renewal is completed
• Advise clients on current insurance coverage and relevant tariff regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate communication and document exchange between company and clients
• Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations promptly
• Review and ensure adequate insurance coverage for clients
• Prospect and acquire new clients to grow the business
• Monitor market and industry trends to maintain competitive products and services
• Prepare sales-related reports as assigned by supervisors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field)
• At least 5 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in non-life insurance; experience in corporate life insurance is a plus
• Experience in corporate insurance sales, especially in an insurance brokerage environment
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (e.g., property, liability, marine & cargo, etc.)
• Good planning, execution, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting, and interacting with management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Able to travel and work outside normal hours when necessary
• Possession of a life and/or non-life insurance broker license is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
