JOB DETAIL

- Supervise end-to-end warehouse operations including goods receiving, barcoding, labeling, product inspection, shelf arrangement, order picking, distribution, HR coordination, store equipment, and stock management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, prepare warehouse performance reports, purchase orders, and other related documentation.
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Conduct monthly stock counts and prepare inventory summary reports.
- Oversee inbound and outbound inventory transactions and manage warehouse systems including SAP and WMS.
- Plan and manage human resources systematically to support warehouse operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Strong skills in planning, controlling, auditing, and improving warehouse processes to maximize efficiency.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and integration with SAP for inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of transportation, distribution, and supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP modules (MM, WM, or EWM) for inventory management, planning, and performance reporting.
