Supervise and manage all BOI-related operations to ensure compliance with BOI regulations and company policies.

Prepare, review, and submit applications, reports, and documentation required by the BOI.

Monitor and maintain accurate BOI privileges (import, tax, machinery, raw materials, manpower, etc.).

Coordinate with BOI officers and relevant government agencies for permissions and inquiries.

Provide advice and guidance to management on BOI regulations and best practices.

Report directly to the Japanese Managing Director regarding BOI matters and related issues.

Support internal departments to ensure smooth BOI processes and compliance across operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in BOI operations, preferably in a manufacturing/automotive or related industry.

Strong knowledge of BOI procedures, import-export regulations, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in English and Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) will be considered an advantage.

High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Good understanding of cross-cultural working environments, especially Japanese company culture.

Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
