Work with PASONA Recruitment | BTS Chongnonsri | Hybrid | Full-time

Focus on scouting, interviewing, and recommending a job
・To establish recruiting requirements by studying company profiles & background
・To be involved in the meeting with the Sales team to discuss the client's actual needs
・To determine applicants’ eligibility by understanding job description, qualifications & mandatory requirements
・To assist in attracting candidates & maintain the candidate’s database
・To source suitable candidates & brief them on the available opportunities the clients offer
・To manage &monitor the entire process through the interview session with the clients until the offer stage, even
beyond

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor's Degree in any field
・At least 1 year of experience in a Recruitment Agency as a Recruitment Consultant, Career Advisor, or Recruiter
・Sales-oriented and Positive Thinking "Can-Do-Attitude"
・Intermediate – Good command of English (verbal and written)
・Good interpersonal and communication skills
・Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
・Need candidates who have high passion, stay curious, and always keep an open mind at work
・Need a High-performance closing and hit the target candidate, aggressive salesperson!!
