Looking for International Procurement Sales, with strong passion for business development.

Your role will be in charge of both;
1. Sales activities
(approx. 50% existing clients, 50% new business development)
2. Procurement of electronics components (including sourcing new suppliers)


1. Sales Related Tasks
　-Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
　-Develop new business opportunities with both existing and new clients (about 50% each).
　-Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, manage purchase orders.
　-Check inventory, manage delivery schedules, and ensure on-time shipment.
　-Negotiate with customers and follow up on delivery status.
　-Conduct cold calls to find potential clients and set up meetings.

2. Procurement Related Tasks
　-Source and identify new suppliers for electronic components.
　-Negotiate with international suppliers to obtain competitive prices.
　-Oversee the import/export process and ensure smooth delivery.
　-Monitor global market trends and supply conditions to support purchasing decisions.

3. Team management and other tasks
　- Manage 1–3 team members (depending on offered position).
　-Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in a related field
-English: Upper-intermediate level (communication with HQ in Hong Kong)
-Japanese: Upper-intermediate level (communication with Japanese customers)
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics industry (manufacturing or trading company)

Personality
-Strong passion and commitment to achieve sales targets
-Ability to manage several projects in parallel
