# Handle Purchasing management
- Issuing Purchase Order to local & oversea suppliers
- Follow up the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Sourcing new suppliers & sub-contractor, Compare, negotiation and evaluate offers.
- Prepare for reports, data summary and other related documents
- Good cooperation and coordination to other internal sections in the company
- Cooperate and operate to ISO system of the company
# Handle Import shipment from Overseas
- Coordinate with Logistics Service Provider for import customs clearance process (Checking, review and confirmation shipping document & import entry)
- Arrangement the vehicle and information for schedule delivery of goods to domestic's customer after customs released and confirmed.
- Follow up the document for closing import expenses (invoices & bill placement) from Logistics Service Provider
#Handle Export shipment to Overseas
- Request quotation for Sea-Air freight and booking confirmation from Logistics Service Provider
- Coordinate with Logistics Service Provider for export customs clearance process
- Preparing invoice, packing list, shipping instruction and other necessary paperwork
- Follow up the document for closing export expenses (invoices &bill placement) from Logistics Service Provider
- Communicate with customers, transport providers, booking confirmation parties, and other involved parties as directed by management
- Perform other tasks assigned within the department (Inventory control, Quotation sheet, Confirmation and acknowledge PO to customers)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistic, or related field may be required
- Experience for Import or Export position about at least 3 years
- Have 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management will be advantaged
- Good command in written, spoken in English and have TOEIC test 500 up is advantage.
- Able to operate PC in MS Office and E-mail
- Have knowledge of ISO is advantage.
