JOB DETAIL

- Issue invoices to customers, ensure correct account coding, and deliver invoices on time
- Follow up on customer payments, record receipts in the ERP system, and reconcile unposted transactions
- Maintain the accounts receivable ageing schedule, monitor overdue accounts, and escalate to senior staff when necessary
- Assist with month-end AR reconciliation and prepare credit note documentation
- Provide support for customer billing inquiries and prepare documents for audit purposes

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable within a mid-sized or fast-growing company
- Proficient in ERP systems (especially with prior experience in Dynamics AX is a plus) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
