- Conduct sales operations for freight charges, including offering other related logistics services to customers, in land, sea, and air freight, both domestically and internationally.
- Provide consultation and recommendations to customers and partners, prepare service information, pricing details, and quotations for customers, as well as resolve immediate issues to ensure smooth operations for clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, acquire new customers, and develop the business in alignment with the company’s strategic plans, policies, goals, and processes.
- Achieve sales targets in accordance with the company’s KPIs and devise new strategies to boost sales performance.
- Coordinate and support operations with other relevant departments, such as managing and following up on service fee collections.
- Prepare reports on operations, customer activities, customer targets, and strategies to increase sales.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 1-3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarder business, with a focus on Air Freight.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with good interpersonal relations.
- Proficient in English communication (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Quick learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
- Proficient in using MS Office programs.
- Possesses a personal car and a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to meet clients and work in other provinces or abroad.
- Flexible and able to work overtime when necessary.
