Develop and manage vendor lists, and regularly visit clients to gather project information and understand their generator requirements.

Analyze customer needs and collaborate with Sales Engineers / Engineering Manager to propose suitable generator specifications.

Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities (e.g., events, seminars, marketing materials) to support sales and strengthen the company’s image.

Manage existing client accounts by organizing customer relationship activities such as business lunches, overseas trips, and factory visits.

Collect market insights and competitor information to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Work closely with Sales Engineers, Engineering Manager, and the marketing team to drive sales performance.

Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve assigned goals.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in marketing, B2B sales, or industrial business.

Experience in project sales or working with industrial machinery / generators will be an advantage.

Strong skills in customer relationship management (CRM) and client engagement.

Solid knowledge in market analysis, sales strategy, and marketing planning.

Leadership ability with strong team management and communication skills.

Good personality, interpersonal skills, and willingness to work closely with clients both during and outside business hours.
