Support the Marketing team by researching target groups, analyzing competitors, and studying market conditions to identify trends for developing marketing strategies.

Prepare reports, analyze the marketing environment, and identify market gaps for assessment, while presenting suitable ideas and options that align with the company’s needs.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports tailored to client needs.

Coordinate with relevant departments both within and outside the organization.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction, promoting additional products or services, and supporting the long-term success of both the client and the organization.

Collaborate with the product development and operations teams to implement client feedback.

Track and analyze product feedback after launch to identify areas for improvement, and when necessary, liaise with external factories, agencies, or specialized vendors to address product issues and engage them as outsourced partners, consultants, or specialists to enhance the product.

Develop customized solutions to meet client-specific needs and objectives.

Analyze market trends and share insights to enhance client strategies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
2.) Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT level N1-2).
3.) At least 2 years of work experience.
4.) Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
5.) Good interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating business matters with clients and others effectively.
6.) Experience in translation and effective communication.
7.) Skills in analyzing market data, customer behavior, and developing marketing strategies.
8.) Knowledge of electrical, chemical, or electronic fields (preferred).
