• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle (pre- and post-contract stages).
• Review, analyze, and monitor contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Prepare and review bid documentation including TORs, BOQs, and standard contract forms.
• Negotiate contractual terms with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, including handling Variation Orders.
• Monitor project progress in relation to contractual timelines and manage requests for Extension of Time (EOT).
• Handle claims, dispute resolution, and related documentation to protect the company’s contractual position.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineering, construction, legal, and finance teams.
• Prepare regular reports and present updates to senior management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Solid knowledge of construction contracts including government contracts and international standards (e.g., FIDIC).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent command of English — reading, writing, and speaking — is essential for contract communication and documentation.
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, high-rise buildings) is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), MS Project, and ERP systems.
