- Lead and manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Develop financial strategies and long-term business plans in collaboration with the executive team.
- Oversee cash flow management, capital expenditures, and working capital efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and government authorities.
- Assess financial risks and opportunities, and recommend effective risk management strategies.
- Supervise accounting, finance, and internal control teams.
- Support M&A, investment projects, and strategic business initiatives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required; automotive or related industry background is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
