JOB DETAIL

- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Lead cost accounting and inventory control functions in a manufacturing setting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance.
- Support the CFO in financial analysis, cash flow management, and strategic planning.
- Implement and optimize ERP and financial systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent is preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in accounting/finance, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in factory/manufacturing finance; experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and Thai tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and hands-on with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English and proficiency in ERP/accounting software.
