JOB DETAIL
- Responsible for asset management and procurement of office supplies.
- Acts as the administrator for golf membership and related activities, supports payment settlements, and manages receptionist-related matters.
- Support Asset Management Team to report monthly asset in-out or dispose and annual inspection.
- Act as Procurement Officer for canteen supply, office supply and mitsui house supply (Temporary Resident for Board of Director), stationaries, name card etc.
- Act as person in charge for golf membership renewal, payment and any issues related to golf membership including taking care of Golf Clubs related matters
- Responsible for Receptionist and on duty for morning shift or late shift (1 hour) and whenever receptionist is away.
- Manage courier and postal service.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in administrative field.
- *Upper Intermediate or business level of English. (If have TOEIC score will be an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DX Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, digital tools).
- Attention to detail and good responsibility.
- Positive attitude and professional manner.
- Required time management skills and able to prioritize task well.
- Required document management skills.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and calculations.
