JOB DETAIL
Recruitment
- Manage recruitment and selection process, get requirements, job posting, primary interview, interview process for employment agreement and contract.
- Responsible for negotiable offers with successful candidates and on boarding new staff.
- Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, retirement, performance management, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
- Handle and strategy for yearly and monthly hiring plans
Talent Management
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and retain top talent
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
- Manage workforce planning, career path and people development.
- Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution and career development to all levels.
Training
- Performance management assessment and training: manage performance management, talent assessment and development, leadership coaching, mentoring and cross-training and preparing training plan and budget.
- Oversee training and development programs
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation and benefits programs: Ensure payroll preparation and all benefits are accurate and timely. Assist in resolving any payroll discrepancies and handle employees regarding the questions develop, recommend, implement and administer compensation and benefits systems and programs which support pay for performance and meet other defined objectives.
- Oversee the processing of payroll, timekeeping, and other HR administrative tasks
- Administer payroll processes, statutory contributions, and employee benefit programs with accuracy and compliance.
Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with the company’s practices in relation to human resources aspects and compliance with labor law and company rules and regulations and policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on employment related issues (such as discrimination, diversity, harassment, corrective action and progressive discipline) to operations leadership.
- Employee relations & communication: responsible and ensuring the effectiveness of employee engagement, internal communication, company culture, company activities and other services.
- Works with operation to resolve employee relations issues. Investigates, counsels and assists in resolving disputes.
- Develop human resources, policies & procedures, rules & regulations in line with company strategies, and manage activities that create or reinforce a positive employee relations atmosphere.
- Provides counsel and support to manager/supervisor on issue of company/ HR policy application, Human Resource needs and provides HR service to team members.
- Conduct employee relations including regulations, internal activities & communications aligned to management policy.
Other job assignments such as;-
- Quality Management System (QMS), Environment Management System (EMS), Food Safety Management (FSSC) etc.
- Prepare and submit required HR-related reports and documentation to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support HR and organizational objectives.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in human resource management, management, political science, law or related fields.
- At least 10 years’experience in Human Resource with 3 - 5 managerial level of all functions (HRM, HRD, OD, KM, and Learning Organization) in the manufacturing industry (Packaging industry will be an advantage)
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws and regulations related to talent development and training.
- Experience in software payroll program & payroll system implementation is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Thai labor law and statutory and compliance of modern HR Management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and presentation skills.
- Ability to be a good team player.
- Good Command in English, TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
