- Export Operations
- Coordinate export documentation including invoice creation and customs clearance (ใบขนขาออก)
- Ensure compliance with BOI and BONDED warehouse regulations
- Plan and manage international shipments and logistics schedules
- Inventory & Purchasing
- Monitor and control inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Manage purchasing activities and supplier coordination
- Ensure timely procurement and stock availability
- Client Coordination
- Communicate effectively with overseas clients regarding orders, shipments, and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Team Management
- Supervise and support a team of 4 staff members
- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
- Prior experience in electronics or components industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures
- Experience with BOI and BONDED warehouse operations (will be an advantage)
- Good command of English (spoken and written) TOEIC 750
- Proficient in preparing invoices and coordinating with customs
