Serve as the main point of contact and negotiator with Chinese sellers, helping them succeed on the Sasom platform

Educate sellers on platform features, product listing processes, inventory tools, and campaign participation

Recommend and encourage involvement in sales campaigns to boost exposure and performance

Support sellers in daily operations and help drive sales through tailored account strategies

Maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with sellers under your portfolio

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure smooth product handling and delivery

Monitor seller performance and provide insights or recommendations for improvement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace platforms (experience with Lazada/Shopee is a plus)

Strong communication and relationship management skills, especially in cross-cultural settings

Good understanding of the sneaker or streetwear market

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred

Proficiency in Thai and English is a plus

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
