- Collaborate with senior management to define accounting policies and strategic plans in alignment with business goals.
- Establish and maintain proper accounting standards that comply with regulations.
- Continuously improve and develop accounting processes to support business operations efficiently, including AR/AP, reporting, and data verification workflows.
- Oversee all accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Work closely with the Process Management Department to implement and enhance the accounting system, minimizing redundancy and error while meeting management and departmental needs.
- Analyze and streamline accounting systems for both receivables and payables to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the accounting system to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Review and update chart of accounts and account coding for easier data interpretation and reporting.
- Provide guidance and consultation on accounting procedures to various departments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
- Minimum of 10 years in financial and accounting management.
- At least 5 years of experience at the assistant manager or manager level in Finance and Accounting.
- Good command in English language.
- Experience with JD Edwards accounting software and knowledge of J-SOX compliance is a plus.
- Training or certification in ISO 9001, HACCP, GHP, Food Safety or other quality systems is an advantage
