JOB DETAIL

- Receive orders from customers and update delivery schedules
- Manage inventory control for both domestic and international operations
- Coordinate with overseas branches and suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) and issue invoices
- Arrange shipments (Ocean, Air, Truck)
- Verify export customs clearance documents
- Submit weekly/monthly reports
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service(export) in trading or manufacturing
- Experience in import/export documentation and processes
- Conversational to high-level English (TOEIC 750)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel: VLOOKUP, PivotTable, XLOOKUP)
