JOB DETAIL

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in presales, solution consulting, and enterprise software sales. You will be instrumental in shaping client solutions, driving proposal-based sales, and leading strategic engagements with partners and enterprise customers in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Presales Activities
o Conduct in-depth requirement analysis and solution scoping based on customer needs
o Design and present tailored enterprise software solutions to clients
o Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and solution documents
• Sales & Account Management
o Drive proposal-based sales, particularly for SAP or similar enterprise solutions (Oracle, Microsoft, etc.)
o Own and manage the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to contract closure
o Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals
• Client & Partner Engagement
o Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and partners in the Thai market
o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
o Collaborate with system integrators and technology partners to deliver successful outcomes
• Market & Product Expertise
o Stay up to date with enterprise technology trends and competitor offerings
o Understand the Thai enterprise market and contribute to go-to-market strategies
o Provide feedback to internal teams for product and process improvements

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or enterprise software sales.
- Experience with SAP is preferred; candidates with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP/enterprise software are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, digital transformation, and cloud technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging C-level and technical customer stakeholders.
- Experience preparing and delivering high-impact presentations and proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand as required.
