【Main Duty】
・Requirements definition, design, and implementation support for ERP systems, etc.

【Job Description】
・ERP System Proposals: Propose solutions to clients by understanding their challenges and recommending ERP systems such as Multi-Book or GLASIOUS.
・Requirement Definition: Analyze clients' business workflows to concretely define the necessary functions and specifications for system implementation.
・System Design & Development: Design, program, and develop system functionalities based on the defined requirements, using technologies like VBA, Java, and SQL.
・Application Development with Kintone: Design and develop custom applications using Kintone as a business management system to meet client needs.
・Sales Support (Pre-sales): Accompany the sales team to provide technical product demonstrations and explanations to prospective clients.
・Project Management: Manage project schedules, track progress, and handle issue resolution to ensure the smooth implementation of system introduction projects.
・Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from clients regarding the operation and specifications of implemented systems.
・Maintenance & Support: Conduct troubleshooting to identify causes and resolve system failures, and perform regular maintenance tasks.
・Accounting Module Implementation Support: Utilize specialized knowledge of ERP accounting modules to support implementation, especially for clients in the manufacturing industry.
・Reporting & Collaboration with Japanese Supervisor: Regularly report on project progress and technical issues to the Japanese supervisor and seek guidance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
・More than 2 years of IT-related work experience (experience in development, operation, maintenance, introduction, etc. of accounting systems)
・Experience as a system engineer or project coordinator or customer support representative
・Programming knowledge
・Intermediate Level of English　 (TOEIC 550 up)
※Can use company car

【Advantage】
・Experience in implementing accounting systems
・Knowledge of multibook or GLASIAOUS(Accounting systems)
・Knowledge and experience with the Accounting module of ERP for manufacturing is a plus.
