Backend Development

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Required work experience 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with JasperReports for designing and generating reports.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
- Able to understand and break down complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and cascade information to the development team.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
