- Analyze data related to sales, marketing, products, and customer behavior to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Manage and maintain customer databases in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and improve data analysis processes using modern tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Generate predictive and multi-dimensional analytical reports as requested by various departments.
- Lead and supervise the data team to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production to provide strategic data insights.
- Recommend data-driven business improvements and strategic directions to the management team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
