- Lead the Business Development and Sales & Marketing teams to drive business growth and support decision-making.
- Strategically plan for business expansion, including opening new clinic branches and introducing new services.
- Research laws and health regulations to ensure all operations comply with relevant standards.
- Prepare presentations, project documents, cost plans, and thoroughly check contracts and related documents.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients and partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and analyze proposals and situations to report strategic insights to management.
- Oversee assigned projects from start to finish to ensure high efficiency and quality.
- Define project timelines, identify challenges, and work with the team on solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Comply strictly with company policies and standards.
- Participate in marketing events and other future company activities.
- Handle other relevant duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Strong interest in business development and coordination with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High adaptability, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity or interest in medical, clinic, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
- Experience in hospitals or clinics is a major advantage.
