• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing plans to achieve business growth. This includes setting objectives, creating roadmaps, and aligning business development efforts with the company's overall strategy.

• Sales and Negotiations: Lead negotiations with potential clients or partners, aiming to secure deals that benefit the company. This requires strong sales skills and an ability to close deals effectively.

• Market Analysis: Conducting market analysis to understand competitive landscapes, customer needs, and emerging trends. This information is used to inform business strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

• Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment in efforts to grow the business.

• Reporting and Performance Tracking: Track the performance of business development activities, reporting to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

• Managing Proposals and Contracts: Oversee the development of proposals and contracts, ensuring they meet the needs of clients and align with the company's capabilities and objectives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Business Administration or related fields.
• Working experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager for specialty chemicals in multinational corporations.
• Good understanding of chemical products and their applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of English is required.
