Job Description: Mainly focused on RPA
• Gather business requirements and pain points from each section
• Act as a liaison between departments and the IT team
• Coordinate and monitor IT project timelines and deliverables
• Communicate with external vendors and support implementation follow-up
• Assist in SharePoint migration and user training
• Provide basic support for IT Helpdesk in collaboration with current staff
• Prepare documents such as reports, process flows, and meeting summaries
• Provide backup support when the current IT staff is on leave, and vice versa

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Good communication in English
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Able to use a computer, Network Devices, Windows Serve, RPA tooling
• Experience with RPA (more than basic understanding), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Filesharing, network principles
• Familiarity with RPA (Power Automate, UiPath) Power BI, Power Apps
