- Provide strategic and operational guidance to Production, QC, and QA teams to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Advise on best practices in piping engine manufacturing within the automotive sector.
- Review and enhance production processes to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and maintain safety standards.
- Ensure that products meet customer requirements, internal quality standards, and external regulations.
- Support communication and coordination with customers regarding product quality or production-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Mentor junior production and quality personnel, transferring knowledge and experience.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experience at least 5 years in automotive manufacturing, specifically in piping engine production
- Experience in both Production and Quality Control/Assurance roles
- Strong knowledge in production processes, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA)
- Leadership and advisory capability with hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Good command in English
