Garment Dept.

- Maintain and manage relationships with existing overseas clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules in line with customer requirements.
- Manage sales operations using Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Handle international logistics, import/export documentation, and customs procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, warehouse, logistics) to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
- Provide regular updates to clients and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitor and track shipment schedules and inventory levels.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 2 years of experience in International Customer Service or Sales, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of import/export processes and logistics management.
- Proficient in SAP and Salesforce (or similar CRM and ERP systems).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Request HSK 4 up with Traditional Chinese characters.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
