• Implement and handle an effective legal compliance program to comply with the company's regulations.
• Regular audit company rules, practices, and documents to compliance and Information Security Management (ISM) activity.
• Conduct and implement Information Security Management (ISM) activity.
• Ensure all employees are educated to comply with Legal & Compliance and Information Security Management (ISM).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in legal and company compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Business Law and Labor Law.
• Good command of English is required.
