Business: Injection Plastics/Manufacturing

- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customer orders.
- Monitor and control in-house and subcontractor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
- Manage stock levels and raw materials to align with production demands and customer requirements.
- Handle order placement and confirmation with customers and subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments (Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse) to align production activities.
- Analyze production data and report on performance, delays, or potential improvements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production control, particularly in plastic parts manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of stock and order management.
- Good communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Able to work on some Saturdays (Depends on company's calender, 7 Saturdays in 2025)
