JOB DETAIL

■General
Manage Both HR dept & GA dept as Assistant Manager
Maintain HR & GA practices in alignment with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
Manage around 10 subordinates, Report to HR&GA Manager

■HR Tasks
・Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures(Refer labor laws and company standards)
・Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling processes
・Support and supervise payroll, benefits, and attendance systems
・HRD/Training: develop annual training plans, training effectiveness and support career development initiatives.
・Promote continuous learning and employee skill enhancement
・Recruitment & Engagement: manage recruitment process, develop employer branding and recruitment channels.
・Organize employee engagement programs and activities to enhance workplace culture and retention.

■GA Tasks
・Supervise GA tasks such as office management, company vehicles, security, and facility maintenance
・Manage documents related to company operations such as Visa & Work Permit, operation permit etc
・Participate in internal and external audits; ensure documentation is up to date and compliant
・Organize company events and support internal communications

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・At least 5 years of experience in HR & GA, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or higher title
・Knowledge of Thai labor laws
・English Intermediate Level(Speak/Read/Write)
・Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

■Better to have
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
・Japanese Language skill, or ever work closely with Japanese Manager
・Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
・Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
・Working experience at manufacturing company *very important
