- Incident Response & Escalation: Act as the first responder for security incidents, coordinate with SOC team, and other Security System operations.
- Security Awareness & Compliance: Quickly educate employees on security policies, monitor compliance, and report security risks
- Threat Intelligence & Reporting: Report suspicious activities, phishing attempts, and cyber threats to central security teams
- Vulnerability & Patch Management: Ensure local IT teams follow security patching guidelines and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Support: Participate in security drills, business continuity planning, and emergency response activities.
- Keep identify gap of operation and initial improvement idea.
- Work in customer office and organization follow the operation and routine report.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields.
- 1 years of experience in IT Security, IT Support, or Network Administration.
- Basic knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, etc.)
- Understanding of security controls such as endpoint protection, identity & access management, and incident response.
- Able to work under pressure and tension
- Able to work and coordinate with multi-nation colleagues
- Certifications: Security+ (CompTIA), SSCP, CEH, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a SOC, CSIRT, or security-related role.
- Knowledge of firewall policies, SIEM tools, or vulnerability management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to explain security concepts to non-technical users.
