- Frontline of contact for overseas clients.
- First eyes of client, meaning the client's responsibility is our responsibility.
- Maintains relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance, recommend new opportunities and service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including with a branch office aboard to ensure the business is integrated with overall marketing and communication strategies.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and execution plans to ensure the efficient outcome from the project.
- Attend and work closely with team for pitching projects, new business & consolidate presentation to propose clients.
- Coordinate with external vendors domestically and internationally to develop the digital transformation businesses and strategy.
- Negotiate and persuade the related parties to agree with the ideas or concept of the business plans and involve with the sales planning management and implementation to achieve the targets
- Support top management to develop a growth plan for existing clients, market research & analysis for seeking new potential customers for getting new orders and extra volumes to be aligned with company growth direction.
- Research and input critical thoughts to industry trends, competitor dynamics and current events to provide relevant business insights.
- Provide sales data to the management team and responsible for document control.
- Cope with the ad-hoc and urgent tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degrees in business administration or any related fields.
- Having driving license and automotive knowledge and background is a huge plus.
- Experienced in marketing and business development fields at least 3 years.
- Able to speak Japanese language is plus.
- English language qualification: IELTS overall band score 6.5 or above. TOEIC overall score 860 or above.
