JOB DETAIL

- To monitor, report and support of supplier quality metrics and performance.
- Responsible for supporting supplier corrective action and continuous improvement activities.
- Support sites on incoming inspection, problem part resolution through all phases of operations.
- Facilitate reporting and notifying suppliers of cost-recovery requirements resulting from the need to contain, segregate or handle non-conforming parts.
- Facilitate reporting and notifying suppliers of cost-recovery requirements resulting from the need to contain, segregate or handle non-conforming parts.
- Support overall site Quality Management System through metrics, auditing, etc.
- Mentor and support IQC activities and process effectiveness.
- Able to communicate and work with oversea suppliers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Good command of English and Chinese in written and spoken (HSK 4 and above)
- Good leadership, communication skills and detail oriented
- Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understand ISO9001 quality management system
- Good understanding of 8D, GRR, ARR, Correlation and Agreement analysis tool would be an asset.
- Able to work within international environment and cross-function team
