1. Formulated KPI for the team, planned and managed the quality work, and led the team to promote and implement the work in a planned way;
2. Lead the team to conduct overall quality control for product-related designs/materials/processes;
3. Performance verification, testing and process confirmation in the development process, design review
and optimization with the design department;
4. Cooperate with new product DOE and Trial Run to provide detection data and track reliability
verification;
5.Lead CFT to establish OCAP for process abnormality
6. Tracked product quality dynamically, traced quality problems, and organized the implementation of corrective and preventive measures;
7. Carry out quality related data analysis regularly to promote continuous improvement of cross-department team.
8. Responsible for internal LPA plan development and implementation, improve nonconformance issues
9. Major issues lesson learnt, and review the implement of corrective actions
10.Participate in cost reduction, process improvement and other work to ensure that the project meets the quality assurance requirements.
11. Responsible for department management and staff performance assessment.
12. Conduct the traceability and error prevention system establishment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any felid
- 4 years working experience in quality management and 2 years in SMT at least
- 2 years experienced in PCB/FPC/CCS fabrication process quality control
- Familiar with Quality tools, 6 sigma, RoHS Directive, IPC-6013/610, 8 D, MSA, and ISO9001 ，IATF 16949etc, be good at the data analysis
- Good presentation skills
- Be honesty, detail-oriented, due-diligence, hardworking, committed and Be responsible
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills: familiar with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
- Have Chinese speaking skill is a must
