JOB DETAIL

1.) Analyzes HR data to support strategic decision-making and drive company growth, focusing on HR operations, data, and budget management.
2.) Continuously evaluates HR processes to improve efficiency, automation, and effectiveness.
3.) Assists in developing and implementing legally compliant HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
4.) Designs and manages competitive compensation and benefits programs, including market benchmarking.
5.) Oversees compensation and benefits administration, such as insurance and annual health checks.
6.) Manages employee records and documentation to ensure compliance and timely, accurate salary disbursement.
7.) Maintains HR systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
8.) Ensures regulatory compliance and prepares reports for internal/external stakeholders; handles employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.
9.) Acts as the main contact for HRBPs and employees on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and recruitment.
10.) Supports initiatives that promote a positive work environment and employee engagement; manages HR-related procurement.
11.) Maintains the HRIS for effective data management and process control.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
3. Fluent in English communication (Speaking and Writing)
4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
5. Strong leadership and management skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, In-depth knowledge of employment laws and
regulations.
7. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
8. Strong analytical skills, Excellent presentation skills and Knowledge of HR processes and practices,
including onboarding, employee data management.
